The majority of businesses will transition to Online Banking Plus.
Online Banking Plus is for business who DO NOT originate wires online, and/or DO NOT use ACH services, and/or DO NOT use Positive Pay services, and/or have fewer than 20 business entities
How do I know if I will be a Commercial Center Online Banking Client?
Business clients who originate online ACH services, and/or originate Wire transfers online, and/or use Positive Pay services, and/or have more than 20 or more business will be transitioned to the new Commercial Center platform. If your business is being transitioned to the Commercial Center Online Bakning platform, additional information, instructions, and training resources will be provided via your banker, through email, and through messaging on your current HomeStreet business online banking platform.
